生化/生理作用

尿素溶液主要用于蛋白质变性。它还可增加烃类溶解度,减少胶束形成。高浓度尿素溶液可导致β淀粉样蛋白寡聚体(16−22)失稳。

制备说明

将冷藏的 40% 尿素溶液加热至室温。在无菌条件下加入 5 mL 至 95 mL 无菌熔融尿素琼脂基质 (Christensen)。混匀,分装于无菌试管中。
