Application

CYP3A4抑制剂
酮康唑作为细胞色素 P450（CYP）抑制剂用于研究其在大鼠胚胎睾丸中的作用。酮康唑也用于筛选杀灭非复制型结核分枝杆菌的抗菌药物 。此外，研究曾将酮康唑用于抗真菌药物敏感性试验 ，也用作标准抗真菌药物 。
