Biochem/physiol Actions
维生素K1（叶绿醌）是脂溶性多环芳香酮，用作辅因子，形成凝血因子II（凝血酶原）、VII、IX和X以及抗凝血因子蛋白C和抗凝血因子蛋白S，也可用作细胞信号传导因子。维生素K1对凝血、骨骼和血管代谢至关重要。人类膳食中维生素K 最重要的来源是绿叶蔬菜和植物油中所含的叶绿醌。
