Biochem/physiol Actions

在低pH刺激下,水泡性口炎病毒G(VSV G)能够刺激细胞融合。VSV G蛋白的跨膜区对于病毒从半融合状态向完全融合状态的转变至关重要。

General description

抗 VSV-G 兔抗体与氨基端和羧基端 VSV-G 标记的融合蛋白反应。
水泡性口炎病毒(VSV)属于弹状病毒科(Rhabdoviridae)的水泡病毒属(Vesiculovirus)。水泡性口炎病毒G(VSV G)蛋白被认为是早期鉴定出的III型病毒融合蛋白。

Immunogen

与水疱性口炎病毒糖蛋白 (VSV-G) 的氨基酸 497-511 相应的 N-Tyr-Thr-Asp-Ile-Glu-Met-Asn-Arg-Leu-Gly-Lys-C)相对应的合成肽,通过在羧基端添加半胱氨酸残基与马来酰亚胺结合活化 KLH。该抗体可识别 C 端和 N 端的 VSV-G 标签。

Physical form

溶于含有1%牛血清白蛋白和15mM叠氮化钠(作为防腐剂)的0.01M磷酸盐缓冲盐水(pH7.4)中。
