生化/生理作用

玻连蛋白结合糖胺聚糖，作为补体系统的细胞溶解攻击复合物的一种抑制剂，在凝血过程中与凝血酶和抗凝血酶 III 相互作用，并可能在凝血途径中发挥作用。

制备说明

该产品作为细胞培养物检测的冻干品（来自缓冲盐水）。由于玻连蛋白对亲水表面具有强亲和力，建议在操作过程中使用聚丙烯容器。每瓶产品可以重悬于 1mL 水中。然后应使用 0.2μm 膜对储备溶液进行过滤灭菌，等分并冷冻以便长期保存。

玻连蛋白是一种存在于血浆和组织中的糖蛋白，并且是血浆中与纤连蛋白结合的主要细胞粘附蛋白之一。玻连蛋白的 N-末端残基与生长调节素 B 相同，随后的序列是与特定细胞表面受体相互作用的 R-G-D 序列。玻连蛋白的中心结构域富含疏水残基。C 末端附近是富含精氨酸的区域，具有肝素结合活性。
