General description

Kirsten大鼠肉瘤病毒癌基因同源物(KRAS)是癌基因,映射至人12p12.1染色体。选择性剪接产生编码两个同工型变体,在C末端区域不同。该基因编码小GTP酶超家族的成员。

Immunogen

KRAS (AAH13572,1 a.a.~188 a.a) 带有 GST 标签的全长重组蛋白。仅 GST 标签的分子量为 26 kDa。
