Biochem/physiol Actions
Zinc finger, BED-type containing 1 (ZBED1) function as a crucial transcription factor for cell proliferation, and is implicated in cell cycle-dependent regulation of a number of ribosomal protein (RP) genes. The encoded protein has been suggested to be involved in the transposition of other transposable elements.

General description
Zinc finger, BED-type containing 1 (ZBED1), also known as DNA replication-related element-binding factor (DREF), is encoded by the single-exon gene mapped to Xp/Yp PAR region that has a functional homolog on the Y chromosome and escapes X-inactivation.
Immunogen
ZBED1 (NP_004720, 3 a.a. ~ 99 a.a) partial recombinant protein with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26 KDa.
