General description

QIAcard^™ FTA^™ Wash Buffer is used for purifying nucleic acids captured and stored on FTA^™ cards. This versatile reagent is recommended for use with QIAcard^™ FTA^™ and Indicating FTA^™ Card formats, and EasiCollect formats.

Features and Benefits

This reagent can be used to wash punches in the "punch-in" procedure for standard STR amplification.
QIAcard^™ FTA^™ Wash Buffer allows for excellent results by removing PCR inhibitors and contaminants that can lower PCR yields.
