原理
基因组DNA从10 μl全血中提取，只需加入提取液并在室温下孵育5分钟。PCR前，将中和液添加至提取液以中和抑制物质。然后将一部分DNA提取物添加至专门配制的PCR Mix的PCR ReadyMix中。
