一般描述

REDExtract-N-Amp™血液PCR试剂盒提供了从全血快速提取DNA以及通过直接PCR（聚合酶链反应）扩增靶标所需的所有试剂。这种新型提取系统无需进行任何类型的纯化、有机提取、离心、加热、过滤或酒精沉淀。该试剂盒还包括专门配制的PCR ReadyMix™，可直接从提取物中扩增。这种配方使用基于抗体的热启动，用于特异性扩增。REDExtract-N-Amp血液PCR试剂盒中含有一种惰性染料，可作为示踪染料以实现方便地将PCR反应加载到琼脂糖凝胶上进行分析。

应用

REDExtract-N-Amp™ Blood PCR Kit has been used to extract genomic DNA from blood samples, peripheral blood leukocytes, parasites and endocervical swab eluates of mice. It has also been used to perform polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using oligonucleotide primers.

原理

只需加入Extraction Solution并在室温下孵育5分钟，即可从10 μl全血中提取出基因组DNA。向提取物中加入Neutralization Solution，以便在PCR反应前中和抑制物。随后选取一部分DNA提取物，加入专门配制的PCR ReadyMix。
