General description

单次旋转，两个光程长度！可使用 10mm 光程长度测量常规浓度的样品。对于浓度更高的样品，只需将 UVette 旋转 90° 并使用更短的 2mm 光程长度。4 个透明光学窗片，在 200-1600nm 范围内紫外线和可见光可穿透。漏斗形基座防止毛细管效应，确保样品位于测量区域的中央。这种新型 UVette 是 Eppendorf 生物光度计的理想搭档。对于其他光度计或分光光度计，必须使用接头才能插入 Uvette。这种接头使 UVette 与对应的光程高度对齐，并且用作最佳导光小孔和小测量体积使用。UVettes 单独包装，不含 DNA、RNase 和蛋白质，并且防划痕和灰尘。
