General description

XTR foils offer high performance under extreme conditions. A 48 um soft non-permeable aluminum foil sealing film with 30 um layer of strong acrylic adhesive. FoilSeal sealing foils remove cleanly from plate surfaces with no adhesive stringing, residue or contamination. Each sealing foil measures 78.3 by 129 mm and offers sufficient sealing area for all plate types (e.g. flat top and raised-rim). Chamfered corners result in no plate overhang for robotics applications. Features one end-tab with perforations. Length between the perforation with end tab removed and the end of the foil seal is 118.1 mm.

  • Specially formulated adhesive provides an excellent seal for all plate materials (e.g. polystyrene, polypropylene and two component polycarbonate/polypropylene PCR plates)
  • Foil will remove cleanly from plate surfaces with no adhesive stringing or residue
