General description

Sapphire (Al2O3 single crystal) has extraordinary hardness and high melting temperature around 2000°C. Due to its single crystal structure, it has outstanding chemical resistance to corrosive solvents, including HF acid. Guaranteed straightness for optimized shimming quality and tested in spinner turbines for OD fitting. It is recommended to use an epoxy glue if connecting to a metal gas line.
