General description
GC 方法根据固定相的性质分为两类：气固色谱（GSC）和气液色谱（GLC）。GSC 具有固体吸附材料，通过静电力将溶质颗粒从流动相中除去。GLC 在惰性粒子表面或色谱柱壁上涂覆或结合了一层薄薄的液体—在该处，根据它们的分配系数，溶质粒子保留在液相中。固定相的主要必要性是在合理时间内提供样品分离维持相完整性。其对化学和热变化应稳定。选择性、峰对称性、分析时间、分离度、峰拖尾是选择固定相前应考虑的少数参数。Carbowax 20M 是一种适合作为气相色谱固定相的极性液相。它由两个单元组成（HC 2 -CH 2 O） 600 ，OH 末端通过疏水部分连接。该聚合物的这种结构使其适合用作极性分子如环糊精衍生物的溶剂。它对醇、二醇和芳香族同分异构体分子表现出良好的选择性。
