- 对33份不同国家采集的特级初榨橄榄油样品，一步固相萃取(SPE)后通过超高效液相色谱-光电二极管阵列检测(UHPLC-PDA)技术定量测定角鲨烯含量
- 采用气相色谱-质谱法，以及IR和拉曼光谱法结合PLS法，测定16种商用鲨鱼肝油样品中的角鲨烯含量
- 固相萃取(SPE)后，通过GC-MS法测定15份植物油样品中的14种天然化合物—角鲨烯、生育酚和植物固醇。

角鲨烯是天然的三萜类化合物，是固醇的生物合成前体。一般取自鲨鱼肝脏、橄榄油、苋菜籽油和藻油，广泛用于化妆品和药物生产。
