General description
Ascentis® Express 2.0 μm F5是基于Fused-Core®颗粒设计的快速UHPLC柱。这种颗粒设计在0.4 μm厚的多孔壳中的扩散路径较浅,且总体粒径小至2 μm,因此柱效很高。Ascentis® Express 2.0 μm F5的键合封端的二甲基五氟苯基丙基固定相由于存在负电性氟而可提供含缺电子苯环的稳定的反相填充。除了形成π-π相互作用和温和的空间相互作用外,F5相还通过极性相互作用保留化合物。F5相具有极性和非极性特性,可表现出双模式保留行为,有时会随流动相中乙腈含量的变化而产生“ U形”保留,在ACN浓度低和高的情况下保留都会增加( 反相和HILIC保留模式)。Ascentis® Express 2.0 μm F5可作为C18选择性的补充,对碱性、酸性或中性化合物进行分析。
