General description

Visiprep™固相萃取真空装置和配件，通过固相萃取法自动化实验室液体样品的制备和净化。搭配真空泵，Visiprep™装置可同时萃取12至24个样品，相较液液萃取法极大地提高了样品通量，同时缩短样品制备的手动时间。Visiprep™真空装置配备真空泄放阀和独立顶盖，带来精确的流量控制和安全性，使用方便。借助流速控制阀，你可通过旋转盖子上安装的独立螺旋阀，精准调节每支小柱的流量。我们的装置经过最新的标准优化，适合用于PFAS检测领域的固相萃取。所有含PFAS的关键组件（如，PTFE）都改用不含PFAS的替代品，例如超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)或不锈钢（导管），确保固相萃取的低PFAS背景污染。玻璃槽接触刺激溶剂后，不会溶解、模糊或变色。支架可容纳自动样品瓶或闪烁瓶、10 mm/16 mm试管、1/2/5/10 mL容量瓶。12位规格可选配能容纳10个20 mL闪烁瓶的支撑板。 真空泄放阀提高真空调节水平，确保阀门更紧密封闭。这种螺旋式阀配备超高分子量聚乙烯锥形密封（现已不含PTFE）。拧紧后可保证阀门完全密封无渗漏。拧松后破开密封，可立即释放真空停止萃取或升起顶盖。4个2”支脚用于将顶盖竖放在台面上，保持SPE小柱竖立。可以防止溶剂导管接触台面，受损或污染。 顶部安装的干燥装置单独售卖，可在数分钟内完成安装，可搭配任意惰性气体。干燥装置也可用于浓缩回收的样品。它到各小柱的气流可独立调节。

Application

Visiprep™ SPE真空装备用于进行固相萃取，从葡萄中分离多酚类物质，从而使用LC-MS分析法测定多酚类含量。它还用于浓缩和净化地表水和污水沉积物中的溶剂萃取物。另外，它还被用来提取和确定水中的雌激素酮。使用的是固相提取物-酶-连接免疫吸附分析（SPE-ELISA）。
