General description

Ascentis® Express AQ-C18是一种基于熔融®核颗粒设计的高速、高效液相色谱柱。该颗粒提供了一个围绕固体硅芯的高纯度二氧化硅的多孔薄外壳。这种颗粒设计在0.5μm的多孔薄外壳中的扩散路径较浅，且总体粒径小至2.7μm，因此柱效很高。AQ-C18 是一种 C18 键合相，使用专有程序制备，其中包含少量极性硅烷，使相耐去湿。这种抗去湿性允许AQ-C18相的用户运行高度含水（高达100%）的流动相。改性C18相具有与Ascentis® Express C18相类似的保留，但选择性不同，为解决分离困难增加了有价值的替代方案。AQ-C18是一种反相填料，可用于碱性、酸性和中性化合物。
