General description
As the first generation of silica-based SEC columns, TSKgel G2000SW provides excellent separation of peptides and proteins with molecular weights up to 100,000 Da. TSKgel G2000SW columns start at 10μm for analytical columns and also scale to 13 and 20μm in columns up to 55mm ID for preparative purifications.
Physical form
Shipped in 0.05% NaN3 and 0.1 mol/L Na2SO4 in 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 6.7.
