General description
TSKgel® Sugar AXG columns are packed with 10μm porous spherical PS/DVB particles which are surface modified with a strong anion exchanger. They are used for the gradient separation and analysis of monosaccharides, disaccharides, and sugar alcohols.For isocratic separation of carbohydrates, please see the TSKgel Sugar AXI column, PN 808639, which is packed with 8μm particles.
