General description

TSKgel DEAE-NPR columns are packed with spherical 2.5 micron, non-porous, high efficiency, hydrophilic polymer beads which are surface modified with a weak anion exchanger. They are used for the high speed separation and analysis of proteins and poly- and oligonucleotides. They are particularly useful for high resolution separation of DNA digests or fragments.
