General description
Toyopearl Butyl-600 resin has the second highest hydrophobicity of the HIC ligands offered by Tosoh Bioscience. Its pore size is between that of Toyopearl Butyl-650 and Toyopearl SuperButyl-550 media. It has been optimized for the purification of monoclonal antibodies and is typically used as an intermediate purification or polishing step.
