Environmental
Tetrasul is a largely obsolete non-systemic pesticide that was used to control mites and small insects on fruits, curcubits, vines and ornamentals. As per Reg. (EC) No 1107/2009 it is not approved for use as a plant protection product in the European Union (EU). A default maximum residue level (MRL) has been set for tetrasul of 0.01 mg/kg according to Art 18(1)(b) Reg 396/2005. The certified reference material (CRM) is intended to be used as a calibrant for chromatography and other analytical techniques.
