VTPNWPHSI is Valutek's pre-saturated pressure-heat-sealed polyester wiper. It is crafted from 100% continuous-filament polyester fabric that has been pre-wetted with a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and DI water.
The pre-wetted format improves the wiper's absorbent capacity and effectiveness while minimizing airborne contamination compared to traditional solvent bottle dispensers, sprays, and potential spills.
All Valutek pre-saturated wipes are assembled in a Class 10 cleanroom, closely monitored by Valutek to uphold our rigorous quality standards and product specifications.

Valutek classifies this product as "Nanotek" in terms of cleanliness level, and recommends it to use for cleanroom Class 1-10 (ISO 3-4) critical environment.
It is constructed for wet cleaning of critical surfaces in situations where managing flammable solvents and their concentrations is essential.
Different levels of IPA blends are ideal for effectively removing various cleaning and disinfecting residues in controlled environments.
