氯化钠(NaCl)是人和动物维持正常身体机能必需的盐。它是维持血浆渗透压和身体的细胞外液体积所必需的。过量NaCl会导致血压升高，影响心血管和肾脏疾病。NaCl是微生物培养基中的基本组分，尤其适合嗜盐菌培养。无菌 NaCl是滴眼液的一种成分。
应用
氯化钠可用于：
- 再生用于从水中去除NH3的硅碳修饰的沸石（SCMZ）。
- 研究磷基碳量子点的电致化学发光选择性。
