应用

  • 酪蛋白酸的糖基化研究与葡萄糖相比碳水化合物链长度增加的影响
  • 用于基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱（MALDI-TOF）的质量校准，用于银纳米颗粒（AgNP）的表征
  • 作为一种无毒稳定剂，用于评估三氧化钨（WO3）纳米颗粒的体内给药

生化/生理作用

葡聚糖被用作一种药物，特别是作为一种血浆体积膨胀剂。它在食品、制药和化学工业中也可用作佐剂、乳化剂、载体和稳定剂。Sephadex 是一种交联葡聚糖，通常用于蛋白质的分离和纯化。在食品工业中，右旋糖酐可作为果酱和冰淇淋的增稠剂。它阻碍了糖结晶，并增强了水分保持。这样可以保留几种食物的味道和外观。
