Anti-c-Myc-Alkaline Phosphatase antibody has been used in

Monoclonal Anti-c-Myc-Alkaline Phosphatase antibody can be used for western blot assays at 1:100, using myc-tagged fusion proteins. The antibody can also be used for immunohistochemical applications.

The c-myc oncogene product(p62^c-myc) exerts normal and oncogenic cellular functions. Elevated level of c-myc protein in malignant tissues when compared with normal tissue, but with the unexpected finding of a cytoplasmic accumulation of the protein in these tumors.
