Biochem/physiol Actions

酪氨酸蛋白激酶erbB-2受体是由ERBB2基因编码的蛋白质酪氨酸激酶。它属于表皮生长因子（EGF）受体家族。该蛋白质缺乏配体结合结构域，并需要用于结合配体的辅助受体。它通过与环氧合酶 COX-2 基因启动子结合而起到转录调节剂的作用。已经在包括乳腺癌和卵巢癌在内的多种癌症中观察到该基因的过度表达。ErbB-2 增强 EGF 和 NDF 诱导的其它 ErbB 家族受体酪氨酸激酶的酪氨酸磷酸化。
