General description
Eagle′s基本必需培养基(MEM)是一种合成培养基，由平衡盐溶液、氨基酸和维生素组成。这些组份为培养细胞生长的必需组份。MEM可添加非必需氨基酸，而制备MEM非必需氨基酸溶液。非必需氨基酸包括L-丙氨酸、L-天冬酰胺、L-天冬氨酸、L-甘氨酸、L-丝氨酸、L-脯氨酸和L-谷氨酸。
