应用

该试剂盒用于标记吞噬细胞。可以选择性标记具有吞噬能力的细胞，例如单核细胞、巨噬细胞或中性粒细胞。

生化/生理作用

吞噬细胞的具体标记方法是形成染料聚集体或颗粒物。这样可以显著抑制淋巴细胞等非吞噬细胞对染料的吸收，同时促进吞噬细胞对染料的吸收。因为染料聚集于这些细胞的吞噬小体内，标记后的细胞呈片状或点状色斑。这些染料不易被细胞代谢清除，可在体内保持至少21天。
这种方法标记吞噬细胞可同时在体外或体内进行。通过腹膜内或静脉内注射PKH26标记溶液来完成可完成体内标记，而从体内分离出来的靶标细胞则可通过体外 标记方法进行染色。
