General description
基质细胞衍生因子-1α（SDF-1α）是一种最新发现蛋白质，属于细胞因子的 α-细胞因子（C-X-C）家族。重组小鼠 SDF-1α 是一种含有 68 个氨基酸残基的 7.9kDa 蛋白质。
Biochem/physiol Actions
基质细胞衍生因子-1α （SDF-1α）是一种多效趋化因子。它可作为 T-和 B-淋巴细胞和炎性单核细胞的化学引诱物。在神经干细胞中，SDF-1α 参与细胞增殖、存活、迁移、细胞间相互作用，以及指导神经元轴突。它对中枢神经系统（CNS）的炎症发病过程起关键作用。它还控制 BMP（骨形态发生蛋白）相关的成骨分化。
Physical form
冻干品，来自 10mM乙酸。蛋白质可能表现为雾状或薄膜，很难在试剂瓶底部看到。
Preparation Note
在水中重悬至浓度为 0.1-1.0 mg/mL。然后可使用其他水性缓冲液稀释该溶液。
