生化/生理作用
基质细胞衍生因子-1α （SDF-1α）是一种多效趋化因子。它可作为 T-和 B-淋巴细胞和炎性单核细胞的化学引诱物。在神经干细胞中，SDF-1α 参与细胞增殖、存活、迁移、细胞间相互作用，以及指导神经元轴突。它对中枢神经系统（CNS）的炎症发病过程起关键作用。它还控制 BMP（骨形态发生蛋白）相关的成骨分化。
