Raman spectroscopy is an effective analytical technique for in-line, real-time monitoring of cell culture parameters, requiring a calibration phase that can be resource-intensive and time-consuming. Ready-to-use models directly embedded into the Raman analyzer simplify calibration. Users can bypass extensive model development and begin monitoring for immediate insights.
This webinar presents findings from fed-batch and perfusion cell culture runs utilizing ready-to-use models for in-line, real-time measurement of glucose, lactate and mAb titer. The capabilities of on-line Raman sensor for critical attributes monitoring in downstream & new modalities areas will be also highlighted.
In this webinar, you will learn:
- How plug-and-play models embedded into a Raman analyzer simplify the calibration workflow
- Applications of ready-to-use models in monitoring glucose, lactate, and monoclonal antibody (mAb) titer during cell culture runs
- How the Transfer Learning Algorithms (TLA) refines and improves the initial models
- How to streamline the implementation of Raman technology in Chromatography and Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF)
