Application

The Cross-Coupling Phosphine Predictor, developed in collaboration with the Prof. Matthew S. Sigman Research Group, suggests which commercially available monodenate phosphine ligand should be tried for the C-C or C-N cross coupling reaction of your specific reaction substrates. Simply run your reaction with our designated Universal Training Set ligands and input the yields into the secure Phosphine Predictor portal; optimal ligand suggestions will be uploaded to your account.

In this way, running a handful of screening reactions is tantamount to screening hundreds of phosphines in the search for the one that works best for your reaction.
