General description

mRNA technologies represent a revolutionary approach for prophylactic vaccines and for therapeutics, including cancer treatments and immunotherapies. As global interest in mRNA manufacturing grows and regulatory expectations become more stringent, manufacturers require raw materials suitable for pharmaceutical use with high quality and purity to enable successful mRNA production.

In response, we have developed the high-purity enzyme Emprove® Expert portfolio, compliant with IPEC-PQG GMP standards, to ensure batch-to-batch consistency in your mRNA manufacturing processes. These critical raw materials are accompanied by comprehensive Emprove® Dossiers, providing essential regulatory support to facilitate compliance and accelerate time to market in the biopharmaceutical industry.

As part of our SAFC® portfolio, these high-quality raw materials are designed to meet the specific needs of pharma and biopharma production.
We are committed to bringing you Greener Alternative Products, which adhere to one of the four categories of Greener Alternatives. This product falls under category 12 PAP and aligns with the Green Chemistry Principle of "Designing Safer Chemicals". It is a preparation with defined composition that replaces Triton X-100 with Tween-20, addressing concerns of Triton X-100 as an endocrine disruptor, delivering improved safety.

Application

T7 RNA polymerase is the core enzyme used in in vitro transcription (IVT) workflows for the production of messenger RNA (mRNA). It catalyzes the synthesis of RNA from a DNA template containing a T7 promoter sequence. Its high specificity and robust transcription efficiency make it the standard choice for manufacturing mRNA therapeutics and vaccines.

Features and Benefits

Our IVT enzyme Emprove® Expert IVT portfolio is designed to align with best-practice IVT methods for mRNA manufacturing and provides all purity requirements for reliable production of mRNA therapeutics and vaccines:
  • High purity (≥95%)
  • Low endotoxin and bioburden
  • DNase and RNase-free
Designed with therapeutic mRNA manufacturing in mind, our range of Emprove® Expert IVT enzymes provide all the quality attributes required for therapeutic mRNA raw materials, with validated quality control testing and manufacturing processes, certifications for AOF, Kosher, and Halal, and an extensive range of quality parameters provided in the COA.
