General description
HPLC cartridge
LiChrospher® RP-18 is a reliable and versatile traditionally produced spherical silica gel carrier with C-18 reversed phase properties. It is well suited for the separation of neutral, acidic and weak basic compounds. This sorbent is packed into a LiChroCART 250-3 HPLC cartridge. The connection to the HPLC system is being accomplished by use of the manu-CART NT cartrige holder (1.51486).
Application
- Metronidazole and 2-Hydroxymetronidazole Rapid Detection in Murine Blood Plasma: The column facilitated rapid and accurate quantification in pharmacological studies, crucial for evaluating therapeutic responses and drug safety (Zemanova et al., 2022).
- High-Throughput HPLC Method for Ropinirole Hydrochloride: Demonstrating its utility in developing robust HPLC methods, this column was central to optimizing procedures for neurological medications, enhancing clinical and pharmacokinetic studies (Fatima et al., 2019).
- Comprehensive Impurity Profiling in Pharmaceutical Analysis: This column′s high resolution was instrumental in identifying and quantifying impurities in drug substances, ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards (Tengattini et al., 2019).
- Environmental Contaminant Analysis: The column′s application extended to environmental science, where it was used to measure pollutants in complex samples, illustrating its adaptability and efficiency in environmental monitoring (Mochamad and Hermanto, 2017).
