Tris-buffered saline containing 0.05% TWEEN®-20 detergent supplied as convenient blister packs. Note: 1EA = 10 tablets.
Preparation Note
Dissolve one tablet in 500 ml dH₂O to yield 150 mM NaCl, 50 mM Tris-HCl buffer, 0.05% TWEEN® 20 Detergent, pH 7.6 at 25°C.
Following reconstitution, store at room temperature (25°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at room temperature.
