Description

General description

Petri dishes (47mm) with absorbent Petri-Pad are single-use disposable plastic units for culturing micro-organisms captured through membrane filtration. This product works in combination with our 2 ml ampoule media portfolio ranging from Yeast and mold to total count and specific micro-organisms like E. coli detection and enumeration. The Petri dishes come in sleeves of 25 dishes, and the absorption capacity of Petri-Pad is 1.8-2.2 ml.

Application

The Petri dishes with absorbent pads are ideal for use in culturing microorganisms obtained after membrane filtration. They can aid in bioburden testing of beverages and water and general microbiological analysis.
