Immunohistochemistry on acetone fixed cryostat sections using the alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline-phosphatase (APAAP) or peroxidase anti-peroxidase (PAP) procedures. Antibody may be used at a concentration of 1 - 2 μg/mL.

Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded sections after microwave treatment (1 x 5 min). Antibody may be used at a concentration of 1 - 2 μg/mL.

Immunocytochemistry on cell smears.

Western blot

Flow cytometry: 1:20 dilution

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
