General description

Reagent-cartridge Nosyl Protection is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the Nosyl protection of primary and secondary free amines. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents to perform the protection of alkyl amines.

Scale: up to 0.8 mmol

Compatible substrates: primary alkyl amines, secondary alkyl amines

Cartridge contents:
  • Silica supported triethylamine and o-Ns-Cl (for protection)
  • Silica supported Trisamine (for purification)
