Biochem/physiol Actions
Amorolfine is a broad-based antifungal agent with fungicidal effects against most fungi, dermatophytes and yeasts.
Amorolfine blocks ergosterol biosynthesis by interfering with delta 14 reduction and the delta 7-8 isomerisation.
