Application

Endothelial Cell Growth Factor (ECGF) has been optimized for the culture of Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVEC). ECGF is optimized for the mitogenic proliferation of HUVEC cells when supplemented to CS-C Medium. ECGF should be supplemented to CS-C medium at a concentration 1 ml per 100 ml of culture medium. ECGF is prepared in DPBS (without calcium and magnesium) supplemented with porcine heparin and HBGF-1. For best results it is recommended that this product be used in conjugation with CS-C Medium for Endothelial Cell Lines (Product Nos. C 1431 or C 1556), Endothelial Attachment Factor (Product No. E 9765), Trypsin/EDTA Solution for Endothelial Cell Cultures (Product No. T 4299) and Trypsin Inhibitor Solution (Product No. T 6414).
