Clone of CHO-K1 cells expressing human FcγRIIa of the 131H allotype as a transmembrane protein with its native intracellular domain
Stably transfected with a pcDNA3.1/Hygro(+) based vector with a human FcγRIIa 131H cDNA insert that is expressed as a transmembrane receptor

Preparation Note

Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:3 to 1:6. Seeding at 2-5 x 10,000 cells/cm² using 0.05% trypsin/EDTA; culture conditions 5% CO2/95%air; 37°C
