Mouse myeloma
P3/NS1/1-Ag4-1 is a non-Ig-secreting but Kappa light chain synthesising subclone of P3X27. Resistant to 20μg/ml azaguanine and does not grow in selective medium.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-8x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
