Preparation Note
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 1mM Sodium Pyruvate (NaP) + 10% Horse Serum (HS) or 5% Horse Serum (HS) + 5% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:5 to 1:10 i.e. seeding at 1-2x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
