A sub-cloned myeloblast established from primary bone marrow cells originating from a SL leukaemic strain mouse. The cells differentiate in response to IL-6.

DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Maintain cultures between 2-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
