This weakly neutralising antibody is directed against human TNF alpha. It shows no cross-reactivity with human TNF alpha or β of most other species except simian TNF alpha.

Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37 °C.

RPMI 1640 + 2 mM glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (heat inactivated)
