The antibody is directed against an immunodominant glycoprotein of bovine herpes 1 BHV-1 (infectious rhinotracheitis virus).
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 2 5% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) + 5% Horse Serum (HS)
Maintain cultures between 100,000 - 1,000,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
