The WR19L cell line was derived from the WR19 tumour induced by Abelson murine leukemia virus but does not produce Abelson virus. Mouse strain: BALB/c. Antigen expression: H-2d; Thy-1.2
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Seed cells at 2 x 105 cells/ml. Maintain cultures between 1 x 105 to 1 x 106 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Split ratio: 1:2.
