General description

The PTGER3 (prostaglandin E receptor 3) gene is mapped to human chromosome 1p31.1 and encodes a Gαi coupled receptor protein. It is predominantly localized to the brain in the neurons and activated glial cells. Anti-PTGER3 antibody detects endogenous levels of total PTGER3 protein.

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human PTGER3.

Immunogen Range: 16-65

Physical form

Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
